Goodness in a Glass

Although I'm not a milk drinker but still I wanted to share this info drive for the welfare of everybody (and that includes me)!:)

A glass of milk is a powerhouse of nutrients. From healthy bones to proper nerve function, milk provides all the nutrients children need for proper development.

It has :
  • calcium for strong teeth and bones
  • carbohydrates for energy
  • vitamin B12 for red blood cells
  • Magnesium for muscle function
  • phosphorous for release of energy
  • potassium for nerve function
  • protein for growth and repair
  • riboflavin for healthy skin
  • zinc for the immune system
