Last week hubby and I together with our daughter went to the malls to look for a pair of boots. We happened to enter a boutique that sells cowboy boots and that hubby wanted to be back there again because he also wanted to have one. :) Anyway, back to my daughter's request until now we haven't bought her one because it's too expensive and that her feet nowadays are growing so fast. We are still looking for a cheaper pair and that of good quality as well.
Don't worry my dear because mommy and daddy would really buy one for you like the one you fit-in last week...Just be good in school! But for my hubby, better buy it yourself! lol
Setting goals are important for many individuals. They can be small or large, depending on what type of goal you are attempting to complete. With some goals, you might need to secure a loan to help you along the way.
These types of goals can be going back to school, starting a business or building your dream home. Loans can be received through your bank or government funding depending on the type of goal you are attempting.
Applying for a loan to fulfill your personal goal is easy since there are a number of banks and lending companies that are more than eager to provide assistance to potential clients. You can also apply for loans over the Internet, such as securing online personal loans from greatplainslending.com. However, before you apply for one, here are things that you need to consider:
How Much Do You Need?
This is a particular question among individuals. It’s always best to take only the appropriate amount necessary for your goal. This is because the principal on the loan will grow over time. Look at the type of goal you have in mind and ask yourself how much you will need to complete it.
Goals such as starting a business or building your dream home will take a much larger amount. If your goal is to go back to school, you may not initially require a huge loan.
Finding a Low Interest Rate
All loans carry a form of interest that accrues when it is granted to a person. Government loans tend to have lower interest rates depending on what the need for the loan is. If you apply for a loan from a bank, you can expect to see high interest fees. If your loan is for educational purposes, consider a student loan that the government provides. For other needs, you may want to shop around first both online and offline.
Comparing Loans Online
There are hundreds of loan companies online, and they can offer you all the information you need to know about your potential loan. This is a great opportunity to compare interest rates with different companies. An interest rate of 3% is considered very low. However, this varies depending on the amount of the loan, and what it’s for. Remember to look into repayment options. Compare which companies give you plenty of time to repay your loan.
Repay Your Loan Back in a Timely Fashion
Your loan’s interest rate will continue to apply the longer you take to pay it back. Try to make your payments in achievable monthly sums that you can afford. Paying too little won’t affect your balance. Moreover, be sure to pay your loan back on time. If your payments are late or, let alone, missed, this can affect your chances of receiving a loan approval in the future.

As I was planning on what entry should I submit for YS, I thought of this because it's so hot in here. It seems like it's already summer that I always wanted to eat something icy. Anyway, here is my banana split from Ice Castle. Hmmm I feel like eating this one again this week because it's so yummy~ it will surely refreshes your hotness. :)
Yesterday I was with hubby and daughter, while on our way to the mall our car suddenly stopped in the middle of a downhill road. We thought it's just a short traffic jam but it took us 15-20 minutes to pass on the other side of the road. Only to find out that a certain vehicle broke down but sad to know that there were nobody lend a single help for them. Cops? security guards? nor even a roadside assistance club were there. I hope the mall would take an eye of a situation like these so that by next time it will not create a very long traffic jam for the shoppers.
"When I grow up I want to be a Doctor!" This is what we always hear from kids when ask on what they want to be when they grow up. They want such because they wanted to help sick people and so on and so forth but in my daughter's case is different, she wants to be a doctor because she loves wearing a medical uniform like she always saw from her pedia and my ObyGyne. So funny! But anyway, I know for sure she will be able to fulfill what she dreamed-of so soon if she will just entrust everything to the Lord. Just keep going my dear lil D!
Last December 27, 2011 I happened to read a post in FB that Wholesale City is looking for volunteers to do the transfer of kindness to the flood victims of Typhoon Sendong (Washi). Immediately I left a comment on their thread that I am interested to do the helping action, aside from I really want to help, it would be much easier since I came from the same city. Fortunately Ms. Chen Wang of Wholesale City choose me as one and I am so thankful for her.
After 10 days I already got the package....
But hey...don't you know that the Bureau of Customs were giving us a hard time in receiving the relief goods? They wanted us to pay for the taxes as well as the storage fees and that they were requiring us with lots of proofs that it was really relief goods since the clothes were all brand new. Since we don't want to pay any single centavo on our end, we seek for help from a family friend and thanks God, with the help of Ate Grea and her friend (who paid for the storage fees) the boxes were released for shipping.
A week after we received the box, we decided (volunteers) to distribute it despite we are experiencing a not so good feeling (I having coughs and colds while Judy having a fever). We don't want Wholesale City fans to regret on us in delaying the distribution of the 75 clothes. We went to the area yesterday and we are so happy to see those victims with a smile on their faces as they pick up the clothes that fits them.

Although if I was not feeling well at that time, I went home with a smile and a happy heart with the good deeds I've done with the help of Wholesale City and Ms. Chen Wang. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. :)
Since I was away in the office for 2 and 1/5 day, files of papers works needs my attention. It was a busy and a tiring day for me..Still, I wanna thank God that I was able to do/manage it with love. Thank you Lord!
Actually, I was entertaining the thought of not renewing my contract in the office because I just wanted to be a Working-at-Home Professional (WAHP). For series of prayer and asking for God's words and signs, I finally decided to be back for work. Well, His will be done...if He will give me a new work then so be it...
Yet, am still looking for greener pastures as of this time. Hope to find one so soon.
Actually I just had my online interview few hours ago...It was a job that I applied days ago as a virtual assistant, actually they were offering a good pay but I was really put in a dilemma whether to grab it or not because of the working time. They wanted me to work with US time, so does it mean I will be working at night time? Well, I really like my work but I don't like the time. :(
Maybe I should try another employer now! I know God will surely give what's my heart's desire. :)
I have noticed that my blogging career last year was not on it's higher level. :) I mean, I just blog mainly because...."out of obligations"?, paid posts? Hmmm not good! I really wanted to be back in my old self with full of inspiration and love in doing the blogging thing. Maybe I don't have the drive to blog last year because I was pregnant and most of my time were focus on my work and my kids. This time around, I wanted to be in a year-round challenge:
1 post per day!
I hope I will be able to published 365 minimum posts for the year 2012!
Yay! another year has gone and now we are entering a brand new year that God has prepared for all of us! I pray and I claimed that this year is a year of debt free and jubilee for me and for my whole family! Thank you Lord!
From my family to yours....A blessed New Year ahead of us!
