Happy Birthday my LOVE!

I am so thankful to the Lord for the gift of my husband. He truly is a man who loves the Lord and desires to do all things to please Him. May I remind you today how much I love you, honor you and respect you. May I do you good and not harm all the days of your life and always offer you my best in everything. I pray that I will always be your faithful helper.

A blessed birthday to the MAN I LOVE! Stay blessed and be a blessing Honey!

He Forgot!

Just this afternoon, after we ate our lunch together in my office hubby wants to be back to his office right away. I hold his hands and whispered this to him:

"Oh so sorry honey", he forgot that yesterday was our monthsary date because of his busy schedules in the office. He then gave me a kiss and promised to have a dinner date right after office hours. So sweet of him! I just want to thank God for giving such a wonderful hubby like him.

At the Well: Thankful for my Husband

It is my first time to join in this weekly meme having the them for this week as thanking God for my hubby...

I would like to thank my God for my husband because:

  • He has been a great blessing into my life since I met him.
  • He is the perfect gift I have ever received from him.
  • He loves God more than anything in this world.
  • He is a family man- a good and responsible father to our daughter.
  • He always finds quality time with us everyday.
  • Whenever he commits mistake, he humbly accepts it.
  • He is an ordered man.
  • He is been my spiritual mentor and
  • He loves me whole heartedly!
I could not ask for more but to thank him for such a wonderful blessing!

Birthday Surprise for Hubby!

It's already 12 midnight...meaning to say it is already March 18.Today is the birthday of my ever dearest honey in life- my husband. sSshHhshh...he is still enjoying his deep sleep together with my daughter.

Yesterday afternoon, I was really planning on what to give for my hubby's birthday. Good! I have my idea since we will not be going home together coz he has to attend their mentoring group at the church. To my surprised, he fetched me up so early before 5pm...so does it mean I can't be able to make my plans for him? I asked him to drop me by at divisoria to buy some medicines (not knowing that it's just my alibi). To cut it short , I was able to order a
basket of balloon for him to be delivered at his office at about 10 am today! Even though it's just an inexpensive surprise, I know he will be very happy for this. I made my dedication in there saying:
hon,
SURPRISE!!! Happy, Happy Birthday..

Always remember that no matter what happen,
I will be always here loving you 'til the end...
I Love You So Much!!!

Will he not be surprised for this? Watch out for his reaction...i'll post it after our family dinner....bye for now...I still have to sleep..

My Prince!

Too often today the husband-wife realtionship is viewed as anything. We often see the bitterness, the insults and animosity presented in the media as the norm. How much more desirable it is to see True Love-- to see a husband unashamedly cherish his wife, to unselfishly be her "prince".

Just like my husband he is the type of a romantic person who loves surprises for me. He doesn't mind if what people says as long as what he did is right. He loves to show his feelings not just to his princess but even to others as well. He loves to show affection and he is very appreciative even if it is not (*as to people's standard*)-- he always see things positively as beautiful as ever been. That's what I like in him.

Here are some suggestions for husband out there to continue to love his wife in a more princely way:

  1. Listen--enjoy those tender times when she can unburden her heart without fear
  2. Love Life--find ways to have fun to your marriage
  3. Lead spiritually--guide the way into prayer and intimate fellowship with the Lord

I thank the Lord that my husbands never fails to do what's on the list. Our married life is truly been blessed! Whew! So men out there...be a prince to your princess!
