Beating the Summer Heat!

Summer is indeed fun and cool if you will going to enjoy it with your loved-ones. In my case I was with my siblings, cousins and family! It was really an escape out from work (me, hubby & sis) and school for my cousins and kid. I know June is the start of our rainy seasons here in the Philippines but during the first and second weeks we still enjoyed the scorching heat of the sun as we went to a certain island in Misamis Occidental Aquamarine Park also known as MOAP to celebrate the birthday of my elder sister who just went home for a short vacay.

Before the rain showers will about to pour on us, we still beat the heat of summer as we went to Tinago Falls in Iligan City. So true, it will surely beat the heat of the Sun due to of the coldness of the water. Never mind the 465 steps in going down and up of the falls because you will sure enjoy the beauty of nature that God has made. Indeed, it was a breath taking escape for all of us!

Summer Bonding # 1

The Summer heat is On! My family just had our first summer outing for 2013 at Misamis Occidental last March 16-17, 2013 to give a birthday bash for our beautiful Yoyang.  This was actually an unplanned visit at my Aunt's fish pond with our kiddos before going back here in CDO, gave them a chance to experience such because it was their first time. They enjoyed much in their boatings with cousins as well as feeding the thousands of fish. Look at our Ate Danielle who's enjoying the doctor fish in her fish spa. :)

Well, no one could ever replace the life in a rural areas~ the fresh air, the fresh foods and fruits and everything! The place is so calm and that you just wanted to rest the whole day away from stress. But during this escaped, we only devoted two-three hours only because we need to be back home and that we made promised that we will be back the soonest to really enjoy the place.

Along the way back home, we decided to have a peek on the upcoming International Airport that our province has to offer. Indeed, it was really nice yet it's too far from the city. Watch out for the full operations on April 30, 2013.

My Healthy Family

So funny but I believe that if a family jogs together, stays healthy 'till forever! :)

We just simply love weekends, it's time for me and hubby to bond with our kids from a very long, tiring and yet productive weekdays for us. Just yesterday, we just decided to go for a walk, run quality time with kids. I remember before, we used to do it but without our little boy (it's just the 3 of us). Now that we have our another additional bundle of joy, it's now merrier doing stuffs we like. We are doing it now as a complete happy and a healthy family! God bless our family....

Bonding Moments: Joy-Riding!

I remember those times wherein hubby and I used to ride in his big bike (motorcycle) having no kids yet. Now that we have them, we never got the chance to go on joy-riding because he doesn't want them to be expose in danger (you know how dangerous motorcyle is). Just recently when we had our visit at my in-laws place we got the chance to let them experience riding a scooter and both of them really enjoyed those precious moments. We strolled them around the subdivision and that made the two kids super happy! Indeed, you cannot buy happiness with money!

By just merely looking at this picture, I can't help but thank the Lord for giving me a wonderful family. God has blessed me indeed in all aspect of my life...a loving, responsible, thoughtful and a God-fearing husband plus a consolation of having two adorable and wonderful kids. Thank you Lord for this never-ending blessing~ A Happy Family!

 

Celebrating V-day with my Loved-ones!

Actually, nothing is special with this day for us with my hubby because everyday is day for LOVE for the both of us. But since all around the globe is celebrating the 14th of February as the LOVE day, then we made it as well as an extra-special day for us. Of course, Valentines Day would not be complete without the flowers and the romantic dinner~ that's how my hubby spoiled me ever since we met.

As early as 9 in the morning, he surprised me with this pretty flowers by asking me to go out from the office as if  he has an important matters to tell me about. Unknowingly, when he went out from the car he was already holding these bouquet of flowers and that some of my office mates where teasing me already. :)

As I've said, it would not be complete without a romantic dinner...but this time around is quite different, we brought with us our two adorable kids and had a very sumptuous dinner served from Mesa Restaurant here in Ayala Centrio Mall.

Last July 29, 2011 was my cousin's wedding. It was such a happy day for us since most of my relatives from Canada were here to attend the said event. It was also a sort of a family reunion for all of us! It's so nice to be with my family and relatives once in a while. :)

Late Summer Vacay

I know summer heat is over but for us it is still, since we just had our short summer vacay just this week. After nine months of conceiving our 2nd baby, now is the time for me to enjoy and be with my whole family. Oh by the way, this was my son's first time to be with us during vacation at 18 days old. I think the fun is still going on....we still have to go on another adventure next week. wooottttt...........

Happy Trip Josh!

Today marks my son's 1st long land trip travel. At 18 days old, we will be traveling from Cagayan de Oro to Misamis Occidental for a short vacation before my elder sister will be back to Dubai few days from now.

In a while, we will be leaving...Happy trip baby Joshua and the whole family!

Mi Familia!

I just want to share to you my family….

For 2 years of being apart from my brother and older sister (both of them were working from Cebu and Dubai respectively) we’re so thankful to God for allowing things to happen to be together again.

Off for a Field Trip...

Yup! hubby and I will be off for a field trip tomorrow. :) Actually it's not our trip but it's for our daughter. We were just here to support her and we'll take it as a family day at the same time for us. Daughter is now so excited for tomorrow's trip. I guess we have to sleep now so that we can leave early. Bye for now guys....

Family Vacay (Day 1)

Last November 2009, I was able to grab Cebu Pacific's piso seat sale. Guess what? I was able to book my whole family of six for only Php 600.00 (Cagayan de Oro-Manila- back to CDO). It was indeed an opportunity for us to go on bonding with my family. The schedule was from September 25-28, 2010.

A week ago, we were able to realize the promo ticket that I booked. We spent our 1st day at Mall of Asia (MOA) then afterward to Manila Ocean Park. Below are some photos taken...

Family Day!

After from church yesterday, we went to the nearest mall to have our lunch and at the same time to stroll around. In a way, we make it a point that we have to spend this so called "quality time" with our daughter since both of us are working parents. Sunday is just so precious for us, aside from it is devoted as the "day for the Lord" and at the same time our family day!
