Sad News...

It’s sad to hear that a distant relative has passed away and it’s never easy to say goodbye permanently. Memories will never be forgotten and will always be cherished. I had to face the truth and accept it, for me and my other relatives to move on. I know funeral arrangements like this is truly an emotional scene, no matter how you pinch yourself hoping that everything is unreal still, doesn’t comforts you. As they say....Life is really uncertain. :(

Goodbye Johnny!

About seven hours ago, a friend of mine posted a shout-out in Facebook with this line:

" Johnny Delgado has just left the building. May his soul rest in peace!"

I was so shocked when I read and confirmed it with PEP that the Veteran actor Johnny Delgado passed away today, November 19, after a long battle with lymphoma, or cancer of the immune system at the age of 61. So true, another icon in the industry left us but his legacy will still live on.

Goodbye Patrick!

I was so saddened when I heard the news just this afternoon that Patrick Swayze died. Oh my! He was indeed a hunky actor who danced his way into moviegoers' hearts with "Dirty Dancing" and then broke them with his "Ghost" movie. I'm really a big fan of him.

At the age of 57, he passed away peacefully after facing all the challenges of his illness which is 'pancreatic cancer 'for the last 20 months. Another great asset in showbiz industry was gone! May his soul rest in peace....

On 3-Day Hiatus...

At this moment, we are on our way home to our little hometown of Misamis Occidental to attend the interment of our late grandfather (the brother of my grandma) who is also so dear to us this coming Saturday. We will be spending our weekends there and I guess I also need a 3 day break, in the blogosphere and in the office just to unwind and relax for some time. Sad News Received!

Few minutes ago as I was writing my assignments, suddenly a YM message box poped-up. It was my first degree cousin from Australia telling me that the husband of my other cousin from Canada just died hours from now. Oh my! The saddest thing is that, my mom and my "Kuya" just talked over the phone last night asking her if the the therapist could visit him this morning to have his first session of theraphy since he suffered from mild stroke. I couldn't believe at his young age he would die so soon and besides we just talked with his wife over YM yesterday morning and in the evening I have talked with my other cousin informing her about "Kuya's" health condition.

Well, life is really so short and we have to be always ready to face these all these things. We really have to live for God! And to you my dearest "kuya", may you rest in peace and we love and we will surely miss you!
