Making Your List: Early Christmas Preparations for Hassle-Free Holidays

Half of the year has already passed and pretty soon it will be Christmas time again. It’s never too early to start preparing for Christmas. In fact, if you plan early enough, you might be able to save yourself from having to deal with all the hassles and scurrying around during perhaps the year’s busiest season. Get your planning notebook out and start putting down your plans to get all ready and set to go when the season rolls in. Here are some of the items that you should have on your list:

Décor

You can start planning what theme you want this year’s Christmas decorations to be. Think about your tree, ornaments, centerpieces, Christmas lights, etc. There might be some decorations from last year that you can use in this year’s theme. Or, you can be a little bit crazy this year and get new decorations to have a surf and sand Christmas theme in your home while it is chilly and snowy outside. You can be as creative as your budget will allow you to be. Besides, if you are planning this early, you have all the time to look for and wait for great deals and discounts on new Christmas decorations.

Christmas Gift List

Santa’s watching the whole year round. You should be too. Have your Christmas gift list ready earlier so you can pick up items for specific people throughout the year. Spot sale events and save some money on your gift-giving. You can also check out bulk sales for wholesale items for groups of people. In most cases, you can get great discounts when you order in bulk.

Events Calendar

Not all the dates and venues for the parties you will be having will be set this early. But, there are annual events that are usually already set even before the previous year’s party ended. Start putting these dates on your calendar so you know which days to avoid when planning your other Christmas parties. It’s already a given that Christmas time, aside from being one of the happiest times of the year, can be stressful. You can reduce the amount of stress the season brings and enjoy more of the cheer it brings by planning early.

Off for a Christmas Shopping...

Yay! Me and my siblings together with hubby and daughter will be going to the mall for a Christmas shopping. God has blessed us in so many ways and we thank God for our Aunt as well who gave us the early Christmas gifts to do our Christmas rush.

I don't know what's on their lists on today's strolling but as for me I will never fail to buy for a new sunglasses like of the Persol that I saw online. Well, aside from that I still need to look for a new dress and shoes for our Christmas party next week. Hope we can find great deals as we shop. Ops! Gotta go now....bye :)

On Transit Christmas Gifts...

That pic above? Not exactly! Actually that is just one of my fave collections from michael kors watches that I saw online. I really like it because it's so chic, classic as well as luxurious to look at. But hey, as of now I'll just wait for the watch that my sister sent to me last week, aside from the fact that the cost is quite expensive~ my budget is already allotted to some stuffs other than this. :) Actually, so happy to know that I have a watch on the box as one of my Christmas gifts that are now on transit together with my BB phone. Whew! So blessed to have a sister like her because she never failed to send us some presents every now and then especially during seasons like these. :)

Thanks much sistah. Luv yah....

Christmas Is In the Air

I guess all of us are so excited in doing the Christmas countdown, taden....we only have 32 days left and we'll be celebrating the Holiday Seasons! Everywhere you go- whether you're inside your homes, malls, offices, parks and etc you can already hear those Christmas songs being played, decorations hanged-on the walls, lighting from the trees and so on. Now we're already experiencing the shorter days and longer nights plus the very cold December breezes is what we're feeling.

So much for that, I know some of you are starting to do the Christmas shopping ahead of time so as not to experience the Christmas rush. Lucky for those who already wrapped their gifts for their godchildren, but to some who are still preparing worry no more because you can still look for some ideas online. You can look for any ideas of gifts on different occasions too, like if you want to give gifts for your best friend, birthday gifts for your spouse, and even Christmas gifts for your Godchildren.

Hope by next week I will be able to do my Christmas shopping too...:)

Thanks for the friendship guys. God Bless!

Actually these are just one of my many blessings that I received during those seasons. I would like to thank those people who remember me and my family.

Wrap It With Love

Tomorrow would be our Church Christmas party, just this afternoon we were so busy doing some Christmas rush shopping for our gift giving. Actually it really took time for us just to to pick the best gift for our manito and manita. Hubby choose either electronic gadgets or waterproof binoculars while me in a dilemma between apparels from small home fixtures. Of course no problem with my daughter we just went to the toy sections. Now, it's already late in the evening and 'm still wrapping the gifts for tomorrow's event. Guess what, I felt so tired already but still need to finish it all- whew! need more energy but I guess it would be perfect if I would do it with LOVE.

Find the Perfect Gift for Everyone on Your List

Finding great deals on jewelry gets easier as we get closer to the holidays. In fact, finding great deals on everything seems to get easier. Everyone wants you to buy, buy, buy as Christmas gets closer. And, realistically, most people oblige.

Finding the right gift for everyone can seem difficult at first. One thing you may want to do is find out what is hot right now. For example, you could look at toy watches for friends or family. These are a great option for anyone who enjoys watches.

For kids, there are things that will always go over well. Young children might enjoy books or blocks. Toys that are bright and colorful tend to work well. Older children today enjoy gaming systems. For example, the Nintendo DS is great for kids who need portability. The Wii has been said to be much better for children because there are many games that are great for kids to develop their motor skills.

If you are trying to get something for the person who has everything, this can be a little more difficult. Trying to find something unique, that they will enjoy, can get frustrating. Consider things like gourmet chocolates if they have a sweet tooth. Or, find a great, warm blanket to help them stay warm this winter.

Finding a great gift for each person on your list can get time consuming. One of the best ways to get it all done is to start early. Waiting until the last few days before the holiday can make it stressful, and you may find that what you are looking for is no longer available. Get a jump start, but keep an eye out for great deals as well.

Got the Box!

Yeah it would be an early Christmas for us since my elder sister sent us the box a month ago and we just received it yesterday. My daughter was so excited to open it because she knew for sure that she has a lots of gifts on it. Well, so true she really had most of what's inside but of course my sister made it a point that every one of us has it's own share. I myself got some stuffs like blazers, accessories, makes-ups, perfumes and etc. My parents got and age defying cream while my cousin got her request of having a cream on how to remove dark circles since that was her problems since then.

To sum it up, we ended up with a big smile receiving those early Christmas gifts and of course we never failed to call up my sister and say our thanksgiving to her!
