Clothing Brand Conscious

Clothing is just a term that refers to a covering for the human body that is worn. Remember not all body coverings are regarded as clothing~ eyeglasses, scarves, purses, jewelries and etc are normally considered as accessories.

Basically, clothings are for:

  • protection from uncomfortably hot or cold weather (sun burn, frost bite)

  • protection during hazardous activities such as hunting, hiking, cooking and the production of arts and crafts

  • Protection from very hazardous situations such as fire or the effects of warfare or terrorism

  • Social identification of the social class of strangers by means of informal clothing styles or uniforms

  • Identification of members of a particular team, group or political affiliations.

  • deception involving the use of disguise

  • Social intimidation or reassurance by associating particular forms of dress code with functions such as religious or military activities that may be beneficial or harmful to the observer.

  • But don’t you know that the wearing of clothes also has social implications? To some they wore such in order to cover those parts of the body which social norms require to be covered, and act as a form of adornment, as well as other social purposes. Speaking of social implications, brand conscious people are starting to arise when it comes to clothing’s. They wanted to be identified as having a social class in the society and the very essence of wearing it has no sense at all.
I remember a friend of mine that as much as possible he will just wear Dickies Clothing other than any other brands. Just imagine that, anyway, it's their prerogative to wear such. I guess problem may arise if you cannot afford to shop  and maintain branded clothings, otherwise, better settle for any quality products that are just affordable at your end!

    Her Pasalubongs

According to Wkipedia the word Pasalubong is a Filipino tradition of a homecoming gift. It is a Tagalog, literally meaning "[something] meant for you when you welcome me back." It is one of the most distinctive and widely practiced Filipino traditions. Pasalubong can be any gift or souvenir brought for family, loved ones, or friends after being away for a period of time. It can also be any gift given by someone arriving from a distant place.

Speaking of pasalubongs, my brother who will be going to Dubai tonight is bringing the homecoming gifts for my sister. Actually, my sis requested him to bring her some of her favorite foods like pastels, dried pusit, chocolate polvoron and even dresses. I was really having a hard time looking for the dresses in the malls of her size and what she really wanted. I told her to go over online shops and look for the designs she wanted so as to save my time and effort in finding what she wants. Good thing I know this shop online which sells cheap sexy dresses, shoes, apparel, beauty and intimates. I really like to go and shop in here because they really have my taste and besides they’re selling it at an affordable rate.

Anyway, hours from now they will be seeing with my brother at the airport and that she is now so excited to wear the dresses and eat the foods she requested. God bless you both and enjoy your stay there bro! Love you!

I asked her to send me some stuffs and she said,"it's already closed!". What? :) Too bad...Maybe next time will do,I'll just wait and see some of her surprises on the box. Hope to get the one that I really wanted. lolz

    Looking for the Right Dress!

We are all so excited for our friend’s wedding next week and guess what? All of my office mates are really preparing for the said memorable event for our office mate as to looking for the right dress to wear and the best gift to buy. Actually just this 5pm, some of them went to the mall just to look for modest clothing for women suited for the said event and I am hoping they have already found their fit as of the moment. Well, for me I’ll just borrow from my cousin’s wardrobe in order for me to save money. Anyway, I don’t have a major part of the wedding unlike some of them. lolz!

    Of the relief clothing...

I am wondering those people who were greatly affected by floods on what they are wearing now. I have an office mate who did not able to save even single clothes upon the said calamity. Good thing that there are a lot of people who are generous enough to give some relief goods like foods and even their clothing’s as well. Some of them give him a brand new T-shirts and even raver pants because this is what he usually wears. Thanks to this kind of people.
