PMC Charity Event 2012 Preparation

Last week when the founder of PMC or Pinay Mommy Community (Ate Ruby) posted in FB and were calling us PMC members from CDO to volunteer for the repacking of goods and without hesitation I volunteered as one. Fortunately, I was able to realize my commitment last Monday~ July 8, 2012.

Together wit these beautiful mommies from Cagayan de Oro, of course Mommy Ruby of Pinay Mommy Online, Mommy Kayce of A Young Mama's Journey, Mommy Dharlz of Empowered Mom, Mommy Jess of Jessy's Adventure (fresh from USA), Mommy Jacqs of Rolled Into One, Mommy Ems of MEMOIRS and yours truly repacked these goods below with our hearts full of joy. :)

 

 

 

After an hour or two we were able to repack those toiletries from P&G's e.Studyante into 48 bags for the families who were relocated in some of the covered courts here in barangay Carmen and Patag after that Typhoon Sendong hits our place.

Now, the PMC moms of CDO are now so ready to distribute these stuffs this coming July 14, 2012 at 9am in the areas that were selected. Wow! It would be so nice to be part of this kind of charity event and I am so excited!

 

Once again, we would like to extend our gratitude for the P&G's e.Studyante plus to all the PMC moms out there...and of course special mention to Mommy Ruby also for that yummy dinner she prepared for us that night. :) God Bless us all!

Getting Closer to October

Time flies so fast and that it keeps on telling me that it's now getting closer to the month that we've been waiting for~ October! Why? It would be our 7th Wedding anniversary! I'm just so excited because God gave us an opportunity to travel with hubby for our yearly honeymoon outside the country. :) It would be a super perfect number for us~ 7! Our wedding date is on October 7, which happened to be our 7th anniversary! Indeed, God is a God of order.

Anyway, I am thinking also of giving hubby a wallet from South Carolina Wallets. I think he deserves to have one such like this. Aside from the fact that his wallet now are already torn, so I guess it needs a replacement. Hmmm....wondering what would be my presents for that day to come? Well, reminding myself not to expect much. :)

A Way to Relax

I guess everyone needs to rest once in a while. Right? Out from a busy schedules from work all throughout the year, I doubt if you don't like to spend a week of resting and relaxation just to be away from stress.

But hey, you don't have to spend more money for this... well if you have a home poolside, a garden or in the front porch then it would be perfect together with your wood chaise lounge chair with no other choice but to put your feet up, sit back and relax! I think this would be so cool. If not, you can go for a stress-free travel with your love-ones if you do have the extra budget with you.

It Does Make Sense

As I saw this photo in the social network site, I happened to pause and really read what's on it. Why take time reading it? Am I a smoker? Nope! But my friends and relatives are, am just so concern about their health. Anyway, am not here to destroy those tobacco industries but to plead to those smokers that I know to gradually quit smoking. It doesn't give any advantages in one's end. Whether or not you're using an Acid cigars or any other famous brands, but what matters most in here is to preserve your health and that you might live longer. This picture on the left, does really make sense at all.
