My cousin is looking for a buyer on his newly acquired asset house and lot and I guess many of you might wonder on why he'll be selling it. Actually, his works demands him to transfer to another place that is why he has decided to sell it. We just talked a while ago that he still needs to repair or renovate his asset before selling it.
